Trademark offices require an English translation if your mark includes foreign words, or a transliteration if it uses non-Latin script (like Chinese, Arabic, Cyrillic, Japanese). Example: a Chinese mark '全球商标' needs translation ('Global Trademark') AND transliteration ('Quán qiú shāng biāo'). This avoids office actions and speeds up registration.

List everything you sell (or plan to sell) under this brand — products like 'organic skincare', services like 'mobile app development', or both. Be specific: we use this to assign the right trademark classes (which determines what your brand is protected for).
