How This Works, in Plain English
The six things every plan member should know before signing up.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing period.
- The Annual plan is prepaid and locked for the term, then auto-renews at list price unless you cancel.
- Hours are credited on the first day of each billing period; up to 20% of unused hours roll into the next period (single-month carry).
- Overages billed at a flat $50/hour at the end of each billing period, with warnings at 80%, 100%, and 120% of your monthly hours.
- Government fees, official translations, and courier costs are charged at cost. Items above $100 require your approval.
- Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes resolved by AAA arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
