Our story
From Trademarks to the Whole Business.
Rajatpreet Singh Modi and Zaman Zaidi started Global Trademark Company in 2016. Their idea was simple: a growing business should have one legal team it can turn to, from its first brand name to its next funding round.
We began with trademarks, because "Is my name safe?" is the first legal question most founders ask. Patents and copyrights followed, then contracts, data privacy, company formation and deals.
Today our attorneys work as one team across the United States, the European Union, China and India, and serve clients worldwide. Most people now call us GTC.
