How it works
A 60-minute review of the dispute. We identify the legal theories, assess strength, and lay out the realistic routes — settlement, mediation, arbitration, or litigation — so you choose with the full picture.
We recommend two or three specialist litigation firms in your jurisdiction with relevant expertise. You select; we co-engage. The fee structure is transparent — fixed-fee phases or hourly with stop-loss caps.
GTC stays the relationship lead and matter-management point. We coordinate with the specialist firm, track the budget, and keep communication clean from the first demand letter through to resolution.
What it costs
Commercial Litigation starts from $2,500. Every dispute is quoted per matter after a free strategic assessment. GTC's own oversight fee renders as the live anchor above — taken as hourly co-counsel or a flat monthly oversight retainer, both disclosed up front. Specialist litigation counsel is engaged with transparent fee structures: fixed-fee phases or hourly with stop-loss caps. Court, arbitral, and government fees are passed through at cost.
What's included
Cost ranges shown are factual specialist-counsel market figures, not GTC's fee. GTC's oversight fee renders as the live anchor above and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Brand details
A short label for the case — for example "ACME v. Beta Corp" or "Smith partnership dispute".
Are you the plaintiff (the party bringing the claim) or the defendant (the party defending it)? This shapes our strategy.
Pick all that apply.
Where are we in the case?
Federal / state court name + venue. E.g. 'SDNY', 'Delaware Chancery', 'California Superior — Santa Clara County'.
Why GTC
Litigation is expensive and slow. We model settlement, mediation, and arbitration before recommending the courtroom — sometimes the right answer is to fight, sometimes to settle, sometimes to walk away.
Effective litigation needs court-admitted lawyers with active trial practice in the right forum. We select and co-engage that specialist firm rather than pretending to litigate ourselves.
GTC stays the matter-management point across the engagement, coordinating the specialist firm, tracking the budget, and keeping the communication line clean so nothing falls between the seams.
Fixed-fee phases — pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial — or hourly with stop-loss caps. Our oversight fee is set out before any work begins, with court and government fees passed through at cost.
Your Customer Success Team
Every GTC client gets a dedicated Account Manager and a Senior Account Manager who learn your business and stay with you from first email to final filing. They are named people who pick up the phone and already know your matter, so every step moves forward without delay.
Your day-to-day point of contact, who coordinates every matter, keeps things moving, and already knows your file. They have your full history, so you start every conversation where the last one left off.
Senior oversight on strategy and escalations, stepping in as your needs grow, so every important detail stays on track.
A named person, on email or a call, at every step.
