Assessed first, quoted per matter.
The cost of a dispute depends on the route and the specialist firm — so we start with a free strategic assessment and quote per matter, never a number off a price list. Specialist counsel comes as fixed-fee phases or hourly with stop-loss caps; GTC's own oversight is hourly co-counsel or a flat monthly retainer, both disclosed up front. Court and arbitral fees are passed through at cost.
