Our fee is flat for any number of classes; USPTO fees apply per class. Late filings during the 6-month grace period add a $100/class USPTO surcharge. Simple USPTO queries after filing are included; a substantive objection is quoted per case at $200 to $475. Deadline too close for normal timing? A $75 close-deadline surcharge applies, or a $150 urgent filing fee if it is 3 business days or less, once your attorney confirms we can file in time. Switching from another firm? Appointing us as your attorney is included in the fee.
