That milestone is maintenance, not renewal
Between years 5 and 6 the USPTO requires a Section 8 Declaration of Continued Use, with the optional Section 15 Declaration of Incontestability. It has its own filing, fees, and page. If you enter your serial number above, we route you to the right filing automatically.
Fees apply per class. Late filings during the 6-month grace period add a $100/class USPTO surcharge per section. Post-registration attorney representation is included for 1 year. Need it sooner? Add Express Filing at checkout and we file within 3 business days for $50.
