    How it works

Three steps to an EU registration.

    1

    Run a free clearance check

Tell us your brand. An EU-qualified attorney searches the EU and national registers and tells you, plainly, whether you are clear to file.

    2

    We file with the EUIPO

We draft your goods and services, classify them under Nice, and file your application directly with the EUIPO as your representative.

    3

    Watched through to registration

We monitor examination and the opposition window and answer objections, then your mark registers across all 27 EU states.

    What it costs

One flat fee, every cost shown up front.

A transparent attorney fee, the EUIPO's official fee passed through at cost, and a clear total before you pay.

    How many classes?

A class is a category of goods or services. One product line is one class. Clothing plus an online store is two. Each class adds one attorney fee; the EUIPO fee is EUR 850 for the first class, EUR 50 for the second and EUR 150 for each after.

    How long

From search to registered, across 27 states.

Most EU trademarks move on the EUIPO's standard timeline. Here is what to expect.

    1. Days 1–3

      Clearance search

We run an EU and national prior-rights search, and an attorney reads your odds before you commit.

    2. Week 1

      Filed at the EUIPO

We draft, classify under Nice, and file your application under our office's representative ID.

    3. Months 1–4

      Examination & publication

The EUIPO examines on absolute grounds and publishes your mark for a 3-month opposition window.

    4. 4–6 months

      Registered

With no opposition, your EU trademark registers across all 27 states and the certificate issues.

    5. Every 10 years

      Renewal & use

We track the renewal and the 5-year genuine-use deadline so nothing lapses.
